A Midsummer Night's Dream

                                                                                    Before and after fairies arrive.  The images of Titania and Oberon (on the overpass) would be lit up by projected recordings of their faces as they argue over the Indian ward.

I really wanted to take this in a totally unique direction, playing off of the psychedelic nature of the 60's & 70's and using the "urban jungle" to make a new, more contemporary world.  The elves I envision would live in the nooks and crannies of a city, under bridges, behind bars, in alleyways, their world coming out of the graffiti in tree-like arrangements.  The execution isn't quite where I want it, but hopefully it gets the vibe across.
